Huntingdon Valley Bank Mobile Capture
With Mobile Capture within our Mobile Banking App, you can take pictures of your checks at your convenience and have them deposited into your checking account from anywhere, anytime!
Here’s how it works:
1. Endorse your check and write “Mobile Deposit” under your endorsement.
2. Log-in to your Huntingdon Valley Bank Mobile App.
3. Click on “Deposits.”
4. Click on ”Deposit Check.”
5. Choose the account that you would like to deposit the check into.
6. Enter the deposit amount.
7. Take a picture of the front of the check.
8. Take a picture of the back of the check.
9. Confirm that all of the deposit information is correct, and select “Confirm” to make your deposit.
You can deposit checks at any time but if deposits are submitted before 4:00 PM EST on a business day, the funds will be credited to your account and available pursuant to our Funds Availability Disclosure.
Deposits submitted after 4:00 PM EST or on a non-business day will be credited to your account the following business day and available pursuant to our Funds Availability Disclosure.
Every day is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays.
Mobile Capture requires online banking, an Android smartphone or iPhone, Huntingdon Valley Bank’s Mobile Banking App and Mobile Capture activation. Mobile Capture is a non-contractual courtesy that is available to individually/ jointly owned accounts in good standing for personal use. Huntingdon Valley Bank reserves the right to limit, suspend, revoke, or discontinue this service without prior notice.
Deposited checks must be kept in the customer’s possession for a minimum of 70 days before being destroyed.

Who is eligible for Mobile Capture?
Huntingdon Valley Bank customers who have a checking account can enroll for Retail Online Banking. Certain terms and conditions may apoply. Please refer to HVB’s Retail Online Banking Agreement for details.
Is there a dollar limit on the checks deposited?
There is a daily deposit limit of $5,000.
Are there requirements for endorsements?
”Mobile Deposit” must be written beneath your endorsement.
When will the deposit be credited to my account?
Deposits submitted before 4:00 PM EST will be credited to your account the same business day. Deposits submitted after 4:00 PM EST will be credited to your account the following business day. Funds will become available for your use pursuant to HVB’s Funds Availability Policy.
Which accounts can I use to make deposits?
HVB checking accounts are eligible to receive deposits via Mobile Capture.
