WHAT INFORMATION DO WE DISCLOSE TO AFFILIATES AND THIRD PARTIES

We are permitted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to share information about our experiences with you or your account with our affiliates. Information we share includes account balance and your payment records, if applicable. The FCRA also permits us to share additional information about you or your account, including information we received from your applications and from credit reporting agencies with our affiliates, for marketing purposes, provided that we inform you that we may do this and give you the opportunity to prevent us from sharing the application and credit bureau information, (“restricted information”). Finally, we may disclose nonpublic, personal information about you to "nonaffiliated third parties" to provide you with additional services. You have the right to opt out of these disclosures in the same manner as the “restricted information” from affiliates.

The bank reserves the right to share all information it collects in accordance with the circumstances stated above.
